A tour of the local beaches was a wonderful way to spend our last day in Margaret River. Even if you’re not a wine fan, this is still an absolutely amazing area that embraces everything that symbolises the Australian culture and way of life. We barely scratched the surface, but I am leaving with the confirmation that this is a magical place for me – I will be back, when and for how long are still too seen.

Published on :Carpe Diem (seize the day) is a sentiment that I try to live my life by. I embrace life and all of its curveballs that swings my way to see where they may lead. Gianfranco, the winemaker at Carpe Diem, too embraces this as his way of life, wine making choices and knowledge sharing.
